Most software problems are not engineering problems
The projects we get called into rarely failed because the code was bad. They failed because nobody wrote down what was actually being assumed, because the team that built it left, or because six months passed before anyone outside the project saw anything working.
So we built the studio around the opposite of that. Small teams that stay on one product. Estimates that state what they depend on. Something demonstrable every two weeks, whether or not it is convenient.
It is not a revolutionary model. It is just applied consistently, which turns out to be the hard part.
