How we use it
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare the estimate or proposal you asked for. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us through Resend. Usage analytics is provided by Google Analytics. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any engagement that follows, after which they are deleted on request or during periodic clean-ups.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
